Dear Thomas,
We’ve been in Phuket for three days and have had an incredible time. The hotel has a pool, but we haven’t used it because it is too crowded. Since we came here, we’ve seen the wonderful white sand beaches and the breathtaking turquoise sea. Yesterday, we took a boat tour to the nearby islands, including James Bond Island. We took a lot of photos and enjoyed the stunning view. We also went to Old Phuket Town and bought traditional handicrafts and jewellery from the flea markets. So far, the most exciting part of the holiday has been visiting an elephant farm. I rode an elephant there. Isn’t that amazing? Tomorrow, we’re going to a local restaurant to eat Thai food. The restaurant offers its guests a Thai cooking class before the meal, and I’m planning to take it. Actually, I don’t want this holiday to end as everything is so nice here.
