“Entrepreneurship” is a word we throw around every day. Originally, it is a French word that we see everywhere from magazine covers to conferences, hotel lobbies, even in the White House. The French word entrepreneur first appeared in the French dictionary in 1700s to describe a person organizing and operating a business by taking a financial risk. Nowadays entreptreneurship is defined as the pursuit of opportunity with limited resources. From this point of view, we can easily make an inference about the entrepreneurial challenges. At a basic level, all entrepreneurs try to overcome adversity to pursue an opportunity with limited resources.

The human race has always innovated, and in a short time went from building fires and making stone-tipped arrows to creating smartphone apps and autonomous robots. Today, technological progress will undoubtedly go on changing the way we work, live and survive in the coming decades. “Innovation” is a word we often come across in the 21st century. We can define this word as a new or improved product or process that differs significantly from the unit’s previous products or processes and that has been made available to a potential product or brought into use by the process. There are different types of innovation such as organizational innovation, process innovation, product innovation, marketing innovation, and eco-innovation related with eco- friendly lifestyle and sustainability. 21st century makes people think and behave more innovational to keep up with the fast changing technology. Social media, artificial intelligence based products, smartphones, self-driving cars, and autonomous flying vehicles, virtual assistants, touchscreen glasses, 3D printers are some innovative examples.
