I think being a teenager can be troublesome for most. For o^miDİ^ 1 was a little bit overweight when I was a high school student. A|so, 1 used to have acne all over my face. I used to think peop|e were talking behind my back. Some of my friends used to make fun of my physical appearance, so I had a low self-esteem in time. As 1 thought cutting on food could solve that problem, I almost stopped eating. However, things went worse and I became an unhealthy and depressed girl. I couldn’t find the strength and self confidence in myself to participate in social activities. What is more annoying is that my parents used to pressure me to study a lot and be the best student at school. Exams used to be a nightmare as I was afraid to fail and embarrass them. They did not know that future was not a matter for me at that time.
I used to think figlıfing those problems was a real pain in the neck. Fortunately °ur school counsellor realised my situation and helped me overcome my problems. Having the right friends around me and sharing my secrets with them made my life even easier and happier.
