As they are in disadvantaged groups, the rights of disabled people, children and animals should be taken into consideration more seriously as they can't defend their rights equally.

While an adult may experience poverty temporarily, a child who was born into poverty may live in poverty for a lifetime as they have access to proper education or health Services. If children do not have access to enough nutrition, they are more susceptible to life- threatening diseases, become less successful in school, and in the end can't be productive adults. İn addition to this, some children are even forced to engage in child labor and such exp!oitation affects their physical and cognitive development negatively as well. Finally, protecting children's rights is very urgent for ali societies to save their future as a country.

They believe that rights are much more significant than vvelfare, because rights put a burden on others; thus, the other parties must accept these without questioning. If animals have rights, then there are certain things that human beings should not do to animals, because doing them would violate the animal's rights. This applies regardless of the cost to human beings. These defenders highlight the fact that if humans experience some disadvantages as the consequences of respecting animal rights, then that's the way it has to be as ali living things have rights to lead a proper life. (....)3. According to the rights-based approach, social protection must fulfill the needs of people with disabilities. Ali around the world, traditional disability-related social vvelfare systems have largely focused on poverty instead of specific challenges faced by people with disabilities such as active participation in education, access to healthcare and employment. These people stili suffer from these limitations and as citizens of their countries, they deserve to have equal rights to have access to these opportunities. Consequently, social protection needs to move beyond conventional vvelfare approaches to involvement systems that promote active citizenship, social inclusion and community participation vvhile avoiding overprotectiveness and dependence.
