Early in the morning, Andy, Sam, Charles and Susan came to Mrs. Taylor’s house and started work. Andy painted the kitchen red. Sam painted the living room yellovv. Charles painted the window frames red. Susan cleaned ali the house and they went away around 5 o’clock.

At 6.30, Mrs. Taylor vvanted to order dinner for the family, but her pürse was not in her handbag. She looked at every corner in the house, but she couldn’t find it. She called Detective Clever immediately. Detective Cleverfound her pürse under the balcony, but there was no money in it. He looked around for some footprints. There were too many footprints on the ground. So, it didn’t help him. Then, he took his magnifier and investigated the pürse. He noticed some yellovv and some red paint on the pürse and there were many fingerprints, too. He found out thethief quickly.
