Türkiye has gained great experience with the help of earth observation satellites GÖKTÜRK-2 and RASAT. If these satellites had not succeeded, Türkiye's space technology competence vvould not have been enhanced.Gökçen :Well, if they are successful, they should lead to other technological improvements, as well.Emre : Of course, with the help of this experience, astronomers and engineers could design İMECE, the national earth observation satellite, and TÜRKSAT 6A, the first national communication satellite.
