Welcome to my blog. My cousins are coming for dinner this evening. We prefer homemade food because it is healthier. Now, l want to  share my favourite recipe with you.

– a packet of lasagna sheet
– an onion
– a carrot
– two green peppers
– some minced meat
– some tomato sauce
– some oil
– two tablespoons of flour
– some butter
– a glass of milk
– some salt

First, chop the vegetables. Second, heat the saucepan and put some oil in it. Add the chopped vegetables, minced meat and tomato sauce. Put two teaspoons of salt into the mixture and cook all the ingredients for about half an hour. Then, you should prepare some sauce in a different saucepan. Melt the butter, add two tablespoons of flour in it and pour a glass of milk. After that, add some salt and cook for 15 minutes. Finally, put some minced mixture at the bottom of the baking tray and spread the sauce on it. Cover with the lasagna sheets and do the same process until the mixture finishes.
