CAPTAIN FANTASTIC

Captain Fantastic, written and directed by Matt Ross, is a 2016 American comedy-drama. It tells about an unusual father and his six children who live in the wild in the Pacific Northwest. Ben, the father, teaches his kids how to hunt and survive in the wild. They spend their time climbing mountains, running in the forest and reading books. The kids live with their father because their mother is sick and stays in a hospital. Captain Fantastic is a movie with creativity, originality, and hope. I think this is a movie for every generation. The message of the film is that knowledge and relationships are more important than material things. It’s a tragic story with humor and storytelling is great.
You shouldn’t miss this amazing movie. I give 5 out of 5 stars.

SPIDER-MAN: INTO the SPIDER-VERSE
Spider-Verse is one of the greatest movies of 2018. It’s a funny, original, action-packed animated Marvel adventure. It tells about a Brooklyn teen, Miles Morales who becomes the new Spider-Man. While Miles is doing graffiti with his ünde at a train station, a radioactive spider bites him and he gains Spider Man’s powers. It’s a gorgeous superhero film with a great story and characters. I’m a real fan of animated movies, and the animation here is really great.
There’s a great sense of humor. It’s a wonderful family movie, I suppose. Both adults and kids will enjoy the funny and heartwarming moments. It’s really worth seeing even if you aren’t a fan of Spider-Man movies. I am sure it’s the best superhero movie of the year.
LIFE OF PI
Life of Pi is a 2012 adventure-drama film based on the novel of the same name. Taiwanese director, Ang Lee has two Academy Awards for Best Director. He says Life of Pi is not a fantasy movie, it’s a drama. It’s an emotional story of survival. Tragedy begins when a terrible storm sinks the ship. Pi is the survivor, but he’s not alone. Indian man, Pi tries to survive with a Bengal tiger on a lifeboat. A boy, a tiger and a boat. These are the main elements of the movie. Pi and the tiger must leam to trust each other or they vvon’t survive. Although the visuals are breathtaking, the first part is really boring. It has no dialog at all. If you want to understand the movie, you should read the novel first. I’m sorry, but I don’t recommend this movie. I think it’s too sad, tragic and a bit boring.
