2. Hi, I am Mary Thompson. My son is a student at a learner-based school. Its system is wonderful because learners are active in the process and having fun. They always find something interesting to respond specific students’ needs and to get their attention. Each school has a garden in which a student can plant and water flowers and trees. Gardening, woodworking and role-playing activities are used to give students a sense of empathy, responsibility and tolerance.
