This week, we have been searching how we behaved when we started to use Internet. We have received funny stories on the first days of its usage. Here is one of them.
Jennifer Hopes-an assistant director at a famous company-shared her story.
Her story is about her mother. Her mother overheard a conversation she was having about e-mail viruses. She said that people at work were telling everybody not to öpen any e-mail messages with a certain subject line, because those were viruses. As the conversation progressed, she started complaining “I have had a frustrating day, because my Computer hasn’t worked except in the morning” and this went on and on.
One day when she got home asked her mother “Have you received the mail I sent?” She answered “I have received two e-mails” calmly. Hers and the one with the virüs. Jennifer wondered “Have you opened the one with virüs?” Her answer was quite shocking; “As everybody has been talking about viruses, I have opened it just to see what happens” .After that she couldn’t use her Computer because of virüs.
Unfortunately this cost her large amount to be paid to fix the damage given by the virüs. And best part of the story was that her mother learnt what a virüs was.
