1- It is used for duration that is before something in the future.
PAST PRESENT FUTURE
We use the Future Perfect Continuous to show that something will continue up until a particular event or time in the future. “for ten days,” “for two weeks,” and “since Monday” are all durations which can be used with the Future Perfect Continuous. The duration stops at or before a reference point in the future.

• Kate will have been making her speech for over two hours by the time another lecturer starts.
• Kevin will have been teaching English at my school for more than three years by June.
• How long will you have been learning English when you graduate from the high school?

Future Continuous vs. Future Perfect Continuous
Future Continuous emphasizes interrupted actions, whereas Future Perfect Continuous emphasizes a duration of time before something in the future.
Examples:
• She will be happy because he will be sunbathing in Bodrum at this time next Saturday..This sentence emphasizes that she will be happy because she will be sunbathing at that exact moment in the future.
• She will be happy because she will have been sunbathing in Bodrum.This sentence emphasizes that he will be happy because he will have been sunbathing for a period of time. It is possible that she will still be sunbathing at that moment OR that she will just have turned back from Bodrum.
